This altar piece, in the form of a Tibetan Stupa sold for an incredible £25,000 in our December Antiques Sale.

It was sold on behalf of a mid-Cornwall vendor and was being used as part of a table lamp! Clearly damaged and incomplete, an estimate was given of £400 - 600.

With frantic bidding online and on the telephones, the piece eventually sold to a specialist, London based dealer.
